Property sits up on a Hill so great view of Lake Hawkins from front porch. Also about an acre of pond with fish and if you get tired of fishing in the pond take a walk out on the county permitted spit and fish the lake. 2 covered carports to cover 4 vehicles. The 2nd building is a workshop or barn whatever you would like to use it for. 2 living areas both each have wood burning fireplaces to relax and enjoy in winter. We currently use one of the living areas as a dining room but it could easly be changed to a 2nd living area. The large primary bedroom has an awesome view of the lake.
