Tenant will pay pro-rated utilities based on usage and must have proof of prior horse experience. Tenant must also carry adequate insurance for riding lessons, horse training, camps, etc. $1800 per month is the lease fee. Security deposit required. The house is NOT included in the lease, however, the landlord will consider RV hookup installation.
