There's a couple 1 bed 1 bath in the quaint community which has only 8 units. Each unit is 1 bedroom, fully furnished to include kitchen utensils, cookware, etc., linens, towels. The kitchen has a full size range, full refrigerator, dishwasher and there is a 40 inch smart TV in each apartment so adding any streaming services you may use is easy. There are free washers and dryers in the basement (not coin operated). The rent is $1200 per month. Tenant pays utilities. Internet access (which includes internet, Wi-Fi and basic cable TV) and water are paid by landlord but reimbursed by tenant. A $500 refundable security deposit and a one-time $150 cleaning fee are required. Pets are welcome, but do require a $300 non-refundable deposit. Owner does all maintenance. Apartments are located in the downtown Fort Worth hospital district and a few blocks from Trinity Trails, the Fort Worth Zoo and many local shops and restaurants. Minimum lease duration is 6 months. Tenant pays utilities.
