First month's rent, security deposit, and if applicable the non refundable pet deposit are due at time the application(s) is accepted. Depending on the move in date, rent may be prorated. Email to receive the applications. After applications have been received the link to Smart Move TransUnion will be sent to each applicant that will be on the lease. Please provide emails for each applicant. The $47 fee will be paid to Smart Move and the applicants will fill out their information for the credit, background, criminal, and eviction report. Also needed will be a copy of each Drivers License and one month of paycheck stubs.
